arlo pro 3 firmware update to 1.16.2.5_603 is not working

Having trouble updating the firmware to 1.16.2.5_603

It keeps on asking to update and when I go to settings and base station and click on green UPDATE, it doesn't do the update. It goes to my devices page and shows "Base station firmware updating..." and then green UPDAT BASE STATION shows up on my camera and after clicking on those the same thing... nothing happens

Firmware updates should complete automatically. Reboot your SmartHub by removing and reapplying power, then try again. Do you still see the same behavior?

Thanks the issue is gone after hard reboot.

Any idea why I keep on getting "Your Arlo device appears offline..." ?

This happens a lot on my old alro devices and my new arlo pro 3.
