We got today two cameras. My wife is the main used and she sent an invitation to me. I got the invitation, but am unable to activate the cameras. The co which installed the devices says that the problem is in the app and recommended to send a message to arlo. Could not find a ”contact us” -section in the web-site. How to send them an e-mail so that it reaches a relevant person?

You don't activate the cameras. When the emailed directions are properly followed, the cameras should just show up. You can't set anything up since they're already set up.
