I want to view video from a specific time frame and day but I don’t know how to access it. It wasn’t picked up with notifications or the activity zone specifications I applied. How do I access this?

Do you have a continuous video recording subscription?
If you don't, then the video probably was never stored in the first place.

If you have local recording enabled, check there. Smart may have decided that it wasn't fitting and discarded the video but local recordings would have it.
