How do I recover the videos that recorded while my phone was out of range?

I did check the library first thing.

The recordings have nothing to do whether your phone was "out of range" or even on. The system will record to the cloud. If you're sure a recording should have been made but wasn't, check that the proper mode is selected. Test the system yourself to ensure that motion is detected and recorded.

I’ve done all that. I saw a video with the cat moving and no package from amazon. Next video showed package but not a video where the delivery person brought it to the house right under the camera
