Arlo cameras do not require payment for updates. Are you trying to troubleshoot an issue?

I was told I had to pay a data update fee for my cameras which was 100 dollars!! They had control over my cameras! I was then told to only talk with this person at this phone number! It cleared my bank thru aws which is Amazon web services! I do not know what to do ! Any suggestions on who to contact! Amazon has no clue

Again, Arlo does not charge any fee for firmware updates. I recommend that you cease communication with whoever you have contacted. If you gave them any sensitive information, you should change your passwords.
