Hello, 

 

I set up Arlo Pro 3 by using my laptop. 

I also set up 2 step authentication on my laptop with SMS and email. 

Then I log in on the Arlo app on my iPhone.

It raised an error that:

1. "Oops, An error has occurred. Try again"

I also try to choose another authentication.

However, there is no choice of Trusted This Device. 

 

2. I tried to log in by using code sent by SMS and email. 

It is also the same. 

 

Please help me with this.

Hi phanthanhtrung8,

 

Try reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your iPhone to see if that helps. Are you also able to log in through the web client on your computer?

Hello, 

I deleted the app and restarted my iPhone. 

Even I tried my iPad and it still does not work. 

 

Please check this issue.

I tried few devices.

I believed that this issue happens because of account setting or logic development of the Arlo authentication function.

 

Could you check it?

Hi JessicaP, For more information, I and hungnpham used the Arlo Mobile App in Vietnam. I wonder if using app in Vietnam will cause any issue. Could you check this with app development team? Thank you for your help in advance.

Do you have any solution?
I reset my ipad and iphone.
Even I chose factory setting.

I believe that this happens because of app and my account.
It is not the reason about my mobile phone or ipad

It should be in Account->Profile->Login Settings->Two-Step Verification

 

Click on "add another method" and you should see an option to "trust this device".
