When I had activated the "test subscription" which you treat us with, my cameras could distinguish between human, animal or other motions within the activity zone.
When the free subscription ended I desided to store the videos locally on the SmartHub with a USB memory instead.
Then, most of the functionality in the activity zone was no longer there!
In the app (Android) there was a note about this, so I search your webbsite about this and apparently the cause was the full wire-less setup and the affect this had on battery performance.
So, I bought a powercord for outdoor use, and the note went away and the app told me that activity zones now was active again.
But, even with continous power to the camera, it can no longer see the difference between man, animal or other movements.

Is it something wrong with the camera or SmartHub?
Regards

You were seeing Smart notifications which require a subscription (and cloud recordings). The video is sent to the servers for processing and determination of what the subject was. You can't get that without a sub.
