Spray paint

Someone has spray painted the front of my Arlo Pro 3.

two things please:

1) can someone advise what I should use to clean the paint off with as I don’t want to damage the lense or the plastic housing.

2) there was no recording of the incident as there are three days missing in my footage. What gives?

If the paint contained thinners then it is likely damaged the front face where the PIR sensor sits behind. Suggest an insurance claim would be a good approach.

If the recordings went missing then the act likely occurred where the offender accessed the camera from behind somehow without triggering the PIR sensor.
