Another thing... In the library I can only find the recordings if I filter on a lot of features (e.g. camera, motion, sound, other motion, other sound, animals, humans etc.) Is that normal?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Kind regards,

Are you setting the audio detection in your modes and rules? The settings in the camera settings don't enable audio detection.
As for the library, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying that in order to find a particular recording you have to filter the bejeezus out of the videos or that you have to use the filters just to get a recording?

Yes! I am using the modes and rules. I made the rule that if any sound is detected it should start recording and send me a push-alert. I did this on each camera in the mode section. I have tried to talk very loud, but it doesn’t ever record me. However, it does record sometimes when my dog walks through the room (a big and noisy dog). Isn’t that weird?
Regarding the library - I am sorry but since I am not a native English speaker I do not understand the word bejeezus - even not Google Translate could help me. I have tried to attach a picture to show what I mean. According to the picture on the left you see that I definitely have some recordings to look at. However, when I enter the library it is empty (right picture). When I use the filter (top left) I might find the recordings, but not always. And I really do not understand how I find them (/which filters to use) when I do. This time I couldn’t find them.
Sorry that the app isn’t in English - it’s Danish.
Thanks again for your time.

Sorry - "bejeezus" is an English slang term for "many things". So, I was asking if you had so many videos that you had trouble finding them. You've answered that question with your image showing no recordings at all. Your English is so good I assumed you would understand my slang.
As for the audio detection - have you increased the audio sensitivity in your rules? Also, in your camera settings under Audio Settings is a slider for reducing wind noise - have you tried turning that off?
The library is more troublesome. Your picture clearly shows no recordings. However, this may be due to the need for a subscription for these cameras. DO you have any subscriptions , whether a trial one or paid? If not, the only solution is to use a USB drive connected to your hub for local recordings and then use the app to select the hub to see what has been recorded.
