Arlo 3 Camera Fell/Will not connect to base

Purchased Arlo Pro 3 - 4 camera set which was installed July 24, 2020.  Tuesday, August 18th one of the cameras falls from magnetic mount crashing to concrete below.  It will no longer connect to base.  Opened case #41875803 on 8/18 and have not received response as of today, 8/20.  Looking for an Arlo rep to please escalate my ticket for resolution.  Thank you.
