I check firmware - Latest installed. hub connects to cameras and internet. I can't get the app to stay on Smarthub storage, it keeps switching back to cloud storage. The system was working great (3 years) till Arlo installed a trial cloud storage service and when it was over my cameras notified me of motion but will not record. I have reached out to Arlo support but no one has gotten back to me...V very frustrating!
