Hi Arlo folks!

I recently changed my home Wifi and I'm unable to connect my Arlo base station (VMB4540) to HomeKit. I am using the app, select the base station, and click "HomeKit" but it just stays stuck on the "Discovering your device. Please wait." screen forever.

I've gone through https://kb.arlo.com/000062688/How-to-troubleshoot-Apple-HomeKit-issues-for-Arlo-devices but it has not fixed anything 😞

I read about some token reset process on various forums, but I'm not sure if that's what's needed, and if so, how to start the process.

Thanks!

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions

I seem to be in the same situation with the “Discovering your device. Please wait” with the spinning Devices found icon. Can you send a token?

I have the same problem after changing to another broadband company with a new router.  Could you send me a rest token so that I could try to connect my VMB4540 to homekit.
