I've just setup the hub and 3 pro3 cameras.  The problems I'm having are:

 

* I don't get notifications, push or email, when recordings happen (both are set in the mode for the cameras)

* If I don't use USB/local storage, videos aren't' saved

 

Another issue is that I've shared the devices with my wife, so she can access them - but she can't see any videos

 

We have an older system (arlo pro) that is setup in the same way, but the main difference I see is that under the "Grant Permissions" (with the pro 3) area when I share the devices with my wife, only the cameras show up  and not the hub - but with the older pro system, the cameras and the hub are shared.

Are these videos only saved locally?  Or in the cloud as well?

 

If only locally, have you checked the subscription status?
