whats the deal with cameras and doorbells not synching?ive tried all the recommendations and no luck.these cameras are too expensive to just throw in the garbage and go buy new.

WHile there are reset procedures that can help, start by verifying that you are not using a VPN and that your router is set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption. Also verify that you WiFi SSID and password don't include special characters. You could try using the router's guest network (if supported) using a more generic SSID and password to see if that works.

no vpn ......router is using wpa2....i will try the guest network thing and see if that helps....i even cleaned my screen with alcohol and brightened.if all else fails is there a repair facility nearby that can diagnose/

Base station reset is done with a paperclip. Pro 3 cameras are reset using the button inside the housing.
You do need to remove the base (and all cameras connected to it) from your account if you reset the base. And remove the camera from the account if you reset just the camera.
