Pro 3 no lights

My Pro 3 camera has no lights .. so can not sync .. I've switched batteries, it was offline so removed the device from my app and now can't 'find it'. ..... any suggestions on resetting or ???

Did you try the hardware reset? Open the housing, and press the button inside until the LED flashes amber (~15 seconds)

 

If the LED doesn't flash, then the camera has likely failed.

Were you able to get the camera to re-sync to the account?
