Right. But were you able to add the base to your account? You do that before adding the cameras.

I generally add my cameras using the web client in a PC. In the case of the Pro-3, I've often needed to open the camera and press the sync button.

I've tried everything possible... Even resorted to calling tech support... They think the base station is faulty... 😔
Now i have to wait until they send me a new one... 10-15 working days....
