I can no longer record and view library in local mode. There is no longer a drop-down for local storage in the library. Hub is VMB4540r2 and Firmware is 1.16.6.2-982-egee661 Please Help, Thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling the App? I have same hub and on IOS it is working.

Yes, I've re-installed the app at least twice on my Samsung A10e with no luck.

Did you reboot the Hub by unplugging it and anything else that you tried so others don't repeat something you tried. .

I've rebooted the hub several times by unplugging both power and Lan cable. Removed batteries from the three cams, re-loaded the app to my Samsung A10e three times and performed complete setup several times. Still unable to record and access video locally.

I installed the Arlo app on my samsung Tab A, and it works fine from there. Apparently my Samsung A10e phone is not playing nice with Arlo. Thanks for your assistance!
