Yes I have searched the communities. Nothing I found works.

I can log in on my laptop. I cannot log in on my phone.

I have change the password twice.

I have entered it manually on the phone.

I have used Lastpass to enter it.

When I press log in it loops back like it never registered that I entered anything.

Try turning the Wi-Fi off and then try again.

Can you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and then try logging in.

I have done that. Cleared cache. Forced stop. My apologies for not mentioning it. I was mad when I posted.

Is it perhaps the 2FA that is not working?

I changed the setting for verification to send SMS messages to my phone. I get a code, but when I put in on the phone I get an error, "An error has occurred. Please try again."

 

Apparently the site is refusing to accept the code it sent to me. I've tried multiple times.

 

Any more ideas?
