Having trouble with My arlo account, can get into the devices ok but not able to get the grant access page to give another person access to the cameras. tried the different logins but none of them seem to work

Thanks for that, I don't see that under my login, I have tried going under the login settings originally used but don't see the grant access here either.

Log into my.arlo.com using the primary account credentials.
Then click on the settings wheel. Grant access is in the left pane, immediately below Profile:
