H9 1. No "Light Settings" in APP or online; 2. Floodlight on in daytime

After finding the floodlights on 3 of my Pro 3 cameras frequently on during the day, Arlo suggested checking the Light Settings.  I don't have Light Settings on my APP nor when I long in online.

 off

Meanwhile the floodlights on 3 of my Pro 3s are on randomly during the day.

 

If I turn the device Off & back on, the floodlight will be off, for a while.

 

Tried uninstalling APP & reinstalling on my Android phone.

 

Any ideas?

It's possible support was thinking you have the Pro 3 floodlight - which is a different camera from the normal Pro 3 (which has a spotlight).

 

In the browser, there is a spotlight setting in video settings-> low light settings.   But that is just on/off - there is no schedule or threshold related to the spotlight.

Misunderstanding over the product explains the no threshold for the spotlight of my cams.

 

I still have no explanation for the spotlight coming on during the day in bright sunshine.
