Looking forward to some type of direction on what is the position for Arlo and streaming to desktop PCs? sees to be a significant oversight or gap.

What type of computer and OS?
The cams should all Live Stream to a PC using web access at My.arlo.com and your login.
they will live stream for only about 30 mins tho before they will time out.... and then if needed, you can restart stream.
Morse is faster than texting!

Your earlier post said something about HEVC playback. You can test that in your browser using this link: https://h265.webmfiles.org/embed-h265-video.php
After you browse to it, try playing the top video.
