Arlo pro 3 siren not working

I have the Arlo pro 3 camera system, 3 cameras, 1 door bell.

My issue is, when in the app I press activate siren on any of the cameras and nothing happens. I am curious as to what I could do to resolve the issue of the siren not doing anything. No sounds out of any of the cameras. Says the siren is activated but nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks yall.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed. is this issue occurring on an Android/iOS device or web?

So far I have restarted the base station, removed battery from camera, tried on my android, now a new android I just got and re-download the app, along with my girlfriend's android phone. I have yet to try on the web, I guess I figured it was more of a camera issue rather then app/website issue but I can try that this evening.

Still doesn't help much if i can't activate the alarm from my phone where I receive video notifications.

Is this issue present on all of your cameras or just the individual Pro 3 cam?
