Do you have a current subscription? Your 3 month trial may have run out recently since you bought them in July. Getting notifications but no cloud recordings is a sign of that.

Any model after the Pro2 since 2018 needs a subscription for any recordings. The Pro2 and older still have the 7 day. You should still be getting the recordings but not a lot you can do until you get home like try rebooting the Hub and cameras. You can try making sure something didn't change the recording selection in the Rule for the cam away from home. When you said in your original post you reset them did you turn them off and back on in the app?
