Pro 3 - phone gets notifications but no videos

Pro 3 my cameras quit working hub light is blue search for devices turns up no Arlo devices detect. Was working one minute then poof gone. Phone continues to get notifications of motion but no video and no devices found

Are you saying that the camera is no longer in the device list???
