I have Arlo Pro 3 cameras and a VMB4540 smart hub and am having an issue all of a sudden with viewing my local storage feed on my phone app (i dont not subscribe to any service but have always been able to watch my locally stored videos). I have had this issue before so i am fairly well versed in what needs to be done. Here is currently what I have in place
- properly formatter USB
- record locally enabled
- local storage enabled
- storage status = good
- view recordings enabled
- both smart hub and phone connect to same wifi network
So on my app, when i go to "feed" it gives me the option of cloud or local at top. When i click "local" it just says "No Events" - this is new all of a sudden because before it would load the locally stored videos for me to view.
Any ideas?

Have you checked the hub's settings under Storage Settings? Try ejecting and reinserting the drive as well as checking the drive on a computer to see if videos are actually being recorded. Try a different drive.

Yes the storage setting is "good" status and when i eject the drive I can access the videos on my computer so they are definitely being recorded. Its just that i cannot view them on my app and I know I am on the same wifi network so not sure why they arent showing up there?
I have used different USB sticks as well. There is no error or anything, everything checks out as good and operating except the ability to view the locally stored videos on my app. This is frustrating!

Is a VPN in use? If so, disable it.
