App crashing

I have not been able to open this app ever since I got my Google Pixel 8. I have tried the airplane mode trick, uninstall and reinstalled many times, checked settings that all things are allowed, restarted phone, and still not working. Anything I am missing? Oh and my husband can see the cameras are working on his phone just fine no problems.

I can see all of my cameras but if I tap it to see live feed or anything on the app it closes and gives this message:

Arlo secure keeps stopping

X Close app

Do both accounts see the feed tab at the bottom of the app when opened?
