Did you try restarting the base?  Also restart the cameras by removing/reinserting the battery.

I did try and restart base.  I have not removed and reinserted battery.  I'll try that.

You'll get some basic troubleshooting steps in here and if you contact Arlo support in India they'll just do the same thing. Then once they have no idea how to fix your issue they'll just stop contacting you. You better off going ahead and looking for a different product.

Same happens to me all the time there seems there is no fix, I have tried. I also have Eufy cameras as well and they far exceed performance and quality over Arlo. If I didn’t have so many I would just ditch them all. The frustration over the years with Arlos not working or slow playbacks is beyond unacceptable.

💯! I’m actually switching to Eufy myself. I don’t have any experience with them atm, but many Arlo customers I know switched to them. I’m excited to have something that works a should and I don’t have to worry about all the time.
