Start by rebooting your hub. If that doesn't help, remove the camera from your account, use the following procedure to reset the camera and add it back in normally.

I have tried to troubleshoot the issue step by step, including rebooting the hub and resetting the camera. However, I am still unable to resolve the problem.

If you have a subscription of any sort, use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera and start talking to official support.

Do it mean I cannot get any supporting if they haven't a subscription 🙄
Honestly I used the camera over a year without any problem before update the firmware....

Phone support requires a subscription or a camera still under warranty (which is 1 year in most places).
