Hi all
I installed Arlo solar panels, not copies, and they were working fine until recently. They have both started taking the cameras offline. Once thay are unplugged from the camera, the cameras are fine. Does anyone have a solution, or is it a case of return them. FYI I have a third camera without a solar panel, I hooked it up to them and it also went offline.
Thanks

Try and charge your cameras to 100% using the mains and then reattach the panels.

Tried this, worked initially, then same thing happened, both cameras at 95%. Interestingly enough, this was after heavy rain both times, which leads me to think the panels may not be that waterproof. Now both cameras work but they don't have the solar panel icon in the bottom.

I am having this issue still. Changed to a different camera, numerous fully charged batteries. Using an Arlo Pro 3 with Arlo solar panel. It appears the firmware was updated recently, could that be root cause?

hmm, I wonder if I am having the same problem. My camera has been going offline and I've had to reset it multiple times and it only stays online for a few minutes. I recently hooked up a solar panel. the camera has been in the same place with no problem for a year.

Try disconnecting the panel, and see if the problem resolves.

I have the same problem. Fully charged lasts for some hours. But then it gets disconnected.
