Does the Foresight Feature still work with permanent power and local storage / no subscription?

there was a thread earlier this year on this very topic, with an excellent response:

but there was not a  response confirming this is the case. Has anyone actually done this please?

Arlo, if you are listening, you have two external power supply purchases coming if I can confirm that this works 🙂

Yes, the 3 second look-back works with AC power on the Pro 3.
