Cannot detect Pro 3 base on husband profile

Created a separate profile for husband to use system.  When we do the initial setup the detecting hub mode stays on the screen and never hooks up.  Have unplugged power and ethernet cables & factory reset.  Had trouble with this when I did my initial setup for my profile but it finally worked.  Please Help!

You can't set the system up twice - it's already set up. Use Settings, Grant Access to the other person's email address.

I have this same issue, however my husband did grant me access but it says it can’t find any Arlo products when trying to connect me. I have tried unplugging and waiting but this does not seem to help.
