Do you mean the factory reset here?
If so, it might be worth trying again on one of the cameras.

This is hard if no cameras are in the account - something Arlo really needs to fix. If you can get one camera onboarded again, then you can contact support using the app. If you have a subscription, then there will be a phone option.
The mods ( @JamesC or @ShayneS ) could also create a support case for you.

As StephenB mentions above, you'll need to factory reset the cameras before onboarding again. Also be sure the batteries are charged or plug the cameras in before onboarding.
