Cameras not on consistently

I have two base stations connected to the same network/router. However I cannot view all the cameras at the same time. I either see two off of one station or the three off the other. Not all 5. I get a message that says the device is not connected and to make sure it’s connected to the router and I have working internet. Which I do. Is there another reason it flip flops between stations/cameras

I don't have a clear answer but I would suspect it's due to limited upload speeds. To stream a lot of cameras at once you have to be able to not swamp your connection. Check by going to speedtest.net and compare your speeds to what the cameras requirements are for bandwidth.

Issue is still not resolved. I called support almost a week ago. They opened a technical support ticket but it’s been 5 days and I still have not heard from anyone.
