The latest update now no longer displays the acronym "2K" at the bottom left of images.  Why?

Are you connected to the same network as the cameras? 2K live streaming will only be available when connected to the same network. When remote, you will not see the 2K badge.

To clarify it is on Live images that the acronym no longer appears.  Recorded images still retain the 2K acronym.

I see.  Yes, when I'm on the same network I am able to see the 2K nomenclature on the live image.  Prior to posting my question I was on my office network which is not the same.

 

Thanks for the heads up.  Not sure why 2K doesn't work on anything outside the network that the cameras are on.  I hope Netgear fixes that at some point.
