Arlo app keeps saying that my cameras are offline, shared account shows them online

My Arlo app keeps saying that my cameras are offline when I go to check them. However, when my wife checks them, they are fine. What can I do to solve this problem?

Have you un-installed and re-installed the app on yr phone?
