Changed battery and Arlo Pro 3 still not working with base. Tried reset, re sync, re adding unit but it doesn’t find it . Only thing we haven’t done is reset the base unit as we have a second camera that is working and read online that doing that could mess that one too. Not sure what else to do.

I don't have a link to the specific suggestion but as I recall it was to basically attempt to pair your camera again without removing or resetting first. Use the app and go through the process to see if that works.
@JamesC if I have this correctly, perhaps you could post the instructions here, too.

If you're experiencing your Pro 3 camera showing offline follow these steps to recover the device:
1.) Power cycle the SmartHub (detach both the ethernet cable and power cable, wait 1 minute before plugging in the ethernet cable first, and power cable second).
2.) Make sure the Pro 3 cameras are blinking blue LED, if not, press the sync button for 1-2 seconds and release for the LED to start blinking.
3.) Start the onboarding process by going through the add a device (Pro 3) and follow the flow until it connects.

After the reset is complete, follow steps 2 and 3 to re-onboard.
