Pro 3. 1 of my 3 cameras connect but will not live stream or pick up on activity. Please help.

Go into devices and make sure that the camera is set to on.

The go to Mode - select the base to which the Pro 3 is connected and make sure that it's set to armed.

Then check the rule for the Pro 3 to make sure it's set to record if motion is detected.

The lack of live stream may be a clue, too. Try resetting the camera by removing and reinstalling the battery. It's possible you may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

This is where the camera set up freezes. Under camera positioning. The video bandwidth never connects and the unit is 10 feet from the Base.

Is this during the original setup process? If so, use the camera reset procedure and try to connect again. If it shows in Settings, My Devices, remove it before using the reset procedure.

Still not working. Freezes at the same at the same point.
Any other suggestions
