Arlo smart plan not showing cameras active but it ipone app deoes.

I can see cams on iPhone and can adjust setting for smart plan trial but on web portal it doesn't show them as active and I cant drag them to active. It shows a pro2 and says no more cameras can be added. Settings made in app seem to work I just cant change them in web portal.

Are the cameras working as you expect them to? What are you trying to adjust?

I have no settings option for smart notifications on web portal it say no cams active. when I manage cameras to swipe to the plan it say no more cameras can be active on plan. it is just 3.
Under Plans option it says I have smart trial but no cams active.
On Iphone app they are shown as active and I have the smart options. I seems to be working but I cant change any settings as stated via web portal. Hope that makes sense.
