Telephone stolen

My telephone was stolen. Is there anybody that knows what to do? I can't remember the password and have created a new email account. And registered it. But I have problems getting my system to work. Can't complete the access menu. Is there a telephone support?willing to pay! Any advice on how to delete the original setup is most welcom.
