Arlo pro 3 charging

Hi I bought arlo pro 3 last month and put in the charger for 5 hours but not charging. Would anyone help me please. Thanks. Regards. Mac

Are you sure you are using the supplied ac adapter to charge?  A normal usb one will not work.

If so, make sure the contact area is clean... I usu place the connector on a try to wiggle same

I've also had a couple of times where I *think* the connectors had to be wiped off to work. That was outdoors and after some period of usage, though. I also can't prove that that was the problem.

Thanks guys. It was problem with charger adapter. Didn't fix it properly while charging. Now everything ok.
