We changed our internet provider and we are needing to connect the cameras. I'm having a hard time. 😕

With the pro 3, all you should need to do is connect the base station to the new router with ethernet.

Have you done that?  If so:

Once the base is on-line we can circle back to the camera(s).

Thank you so much! One more question. My husband removed one of the cameras and now I'm not able to reinstall it 🤦‍♀️ I did click on the add new device, when it searches it tell me no device found. What can I do?

Try resetting the camera (omitting the step where the camera is removed from the account, since that is already done).  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

I too am having issues re connecting one camera to the hub or wifi. 2 cameras previously connecting and working fine. Changed broadband provider, 1 camera came back, the other one didn't. Try to perform a reset of non functioning camera, no success. Then deleted camera and re-added... no success.

Deleted all cameras and hub, then set up again... no luck. 1 camera came back (the one which didnt cause issue after changing broadband provider/router). The other camera fails to connect. The blue light doesnt flash when trying to add.  Hub doesnt find it at all. Any ideas? All batteries fully charged, software/hardware up to date. Now have defunct camera and a little less secure.

What camera model?  Your post is tagged with Pro 3, but it can't connect to WiFi.

Ok.  The base should be connected to your new router's ethernet.  So start there.  What is the LED status on the base?

Yes the router is connected via ethernet cable to the Hub.I already have one camera set up via the same method. The LED status on HUB when doing nothing is a stable blue. When it searches for device is flashes blue on and off. The camera which seems to be the problem doesnt omit a blue flash from the pin hole LED.

Next is to try the reset procedure here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

This is where the problem lies.  Upon performing the reset, no blue light blinks after depressing th synch button. nothing happens.

How long are you holding it?  The article is missing a piece for the Pro 3.  You should eventually see an amber flash.

If that fails to work, I suggest swapping batteries with the working camera, and trying again.

If that doesn't help, then I suggest contacting support.

Ive tried pressing once... no success. Ive then tried holding for 15 secs, also no success. No lights come to life, not blue or Amber. Its likes its dead. Ive swapped out batteries also.

Ive already submutted a case.. but not hopefull. Think its done, much to my annoyance.

Thank you for your time Stephen.

It could have failed.

One last idea - maybe check the battery connector inside the camera, and make sure it is clean.

Already did that too, first thing I did, but an area that could potentially be an issue.
