ARLO PRO 3 not charging

Purchased the Arlo Pro 3 a few months back. Set it up with the solar panel and was quite happy with it. All of a sudden it stopped charging on the solar so we tried to charge it inside, No luck and now the battery is dead.
I have tried that silly arlo computer chat- rubbish. I have read through other posts and have tried every suggestion. I took the battery in and out 6 times, I have tried charging directly without the case, I have restarted my camera, reset the base station, reloaded the camera and NOTHING is working. I have managed to revive the battery and now it’s sitting in 23% but not charging. We have numerous cameras at home and upgraded to the Pro as we had a battery issue with our old camera but I’m very reluctant to upgrade anymore of my cameras to Pro or Arlo!
Previously I have used the live chat function which has been great but now it’s more frustrating than anything. Disappointed!

Is this with the solar panel, or is it currently connected to a USB charger?

Maybe try removing and reinserting the battery, and see if the charge level changes.

Absolutely disgusted with this product. have tried everything suggested by folks here and refuse to be disconnected or patronised by the arlo chat team. nothing but nothing makes this battery work. reset, bind with duct tape, pray over the stupid thing, plug all off and out and reset and try manual bla blah absolutely disgusted, thanks for wasting $900
