I have purchased 6 Arlo pro 3 cameras and smart hub and shipped through FedEx to India. Now I am stuck as it needs customs clearance. One criteria for that is BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards) certification. Called Arlo support to check whether they have BIS certification. Its basically a certification to import any products to India esp electronics like Security cameras. My clock is ticking and I really dont want to get that returned here spending all that money. Please help!
