Arlo porta will not let me access anything, just keeps saying "Add a new device". I have not been able to access my library from phone nor my computer. Non of the cameras are recording.

No, it's my account. I finally after many attempts to figure out what was wrong just went ahead and reinstalled each camera and it's working good now. Thanks!
