Can the Arlo Solar Panel Charger - White Item No. VMA5600-10000S unit be used to charge 2 Arlo Pro 3 cameras at the same time?

Nope. Not only is there now realistic way of plugging two cameras in at the same time from the panel but the panel itself just doesn't put out enough current to make it worthwhile. It's a trickle charger.
