Hello there,
Who can help me with the below?
about my cameras' activity zones, they are disabled that the explanations say, "ac power has been disconnected from this device. Please reconnect the power source to the advice."
This does not make sense to me that, my used these functions for many years, but after some time point, they are disabled,
Also it does not make sense to me too about AC power, mine are wireless.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Suzanne

When on AC power (using the outdoor charger), the activity zones are processed by the camera hardware. This does not require a subscription.
When on battery, the activity zones are processed in the Arlo Cloud. This reduces power use, and requires an Arlo secure subscription.
- Videos are streamed whenever motion is detected.
- The cloud determines if the motion is in zone or not
- If the motion is in-zone, the cloud notifies you and saves the recording.
- If the motion is not in-zone the cloud supresses the recording and does not notify you
