Hello there,

After I charged the one Pro 3 Camera, after over night, I believed it is full, then I paired it, added it back to my app.

But suddenly, it shows full just one second, then shows that its level is only 14%, then, I now started charging again, it shows 14% NOW,

Since I only have one charge wire, so that I pulled out from the another one which charged already 2 hours, but the indicator shows only 1% increasing i.e. from 47% to 48%, I tried refreshing the app,

but it still shows 1% only as increased,

And now I am charging the first one just paired with the 14% starting, which temporarily showed full (over night charging) ,

Why does this happen again and over again? sometimes, if I refreshed the APP, it will show more level has been charged, but sometimes, even after few hours, it does not show any progresses.

Unless you changed the Indicator LED setting in the camera settings, you should get a blue LED showing when fully charged. Do you see that? If not, the battery isn't fully charged which may take ~3 hours (+/-).

The battery level sometimes seems to not update well when charging but you should first try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app to see if that makes a difference.

Of course, it may just be a poor connection between the charger and camera. Try cleaning the connectors on both sides with isopropyl alcohol.

Thanks
