is Arlo base compatible with Arlo Pro 3 floodlight camera

i have some older model arlo (example of model number:  4N716878FEDC3)

Can i but a Arlo Pro 3 floodlight camera and add it to this base station?

You are listing the serial number - not the same as the model number.  Some Base station models include the VMB4000, VMB4500, VMB4540, VMB5000.
