Pro 3 floodlight records video, but when I go to library to view recordings, I get "This video is not able to play in your browser. Please download to view". If I download, no problem viewing. Any suggestions how I can view the library videos within the current Chrome browser?

Chrome doesn't support the HEVC video format used for 2K and 4K recordings.

You can set up the camera to use 1080p, then Chrome will work.

If you have a relatively new Windows PC, you can also install the Microsoft HEVC extension from the Microsoft store.  Then Edge will work, but not Chrome.  There is a small cost for the extension.  Note this is a Windows extension, not a browser plug-in.

If you have a relatively new Mac, then Safari should also work.

That solved it! Didn't have to install the HEVC extension either.

Microsoft EdgeVersion 95.0.1020.44 (Official build) (64-bit)

Thank you!
