Can’t turn off Arlo Floodlight from App/Mode selection not working

Hello,

When I select the Floodlight camera and turn off the device from the app, it turns off but when I go back to it, it automatically turns back on.

It’s connected to the HUB as well as my Doorbell camera.

Also, I can’t disarm any of the cameras from the mode selection. It says it is disarmed but the motion sense still works for both Floodlight and Doorbell.

I tried logging in and out of the app as well as restarting the HUB from app but nothing works. All was fine till now.

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo Secure app installed? Do you experience this same behavior when using the web client at https://my.arlo.com/#/home

Hello, after a few restarts it worked. I did have the latest app update. Thanks for your reply.
